I understand that the Aadhaar/VID and the OTP shall be used by NeSL for verification of identity through Aadhaar Demographic Authentication with UIDAI, for the only purpose of registration with NeSL and that my Aadhaar /VID will not be stored by NeSL. FOR THE PURPOSE OF IDENTITY VERFICATION, THE NAME AND YEAR OF BIRTH PROVIDED BY YOU WILL BE MATCHED WITH THE INFORMATION USED DURING E-SIGN AND VERIFIED BY THE E-SIGN SERVICE PROVIDER (CDAC) WITH THE UIDAI DATABASE, UPON SELECTING THE CHECKBOX, YOU CAN VIEW THE TEXT OF THE DOCUMENT ON WHICH YOUR E-SIGN WILL BE AFFIXED. ON CLICKING THE VALIDATION BUTTON, YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO THE CDAC PAGE FOR E-SIGN. ONLY AFTER SUCCESSFUL E-SIGN VALIDATION, YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE REGISTRATION.
I hereby consent to National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) collecting my Aadhaar and biometrics / OTP for the purpose of verification of my identity with UIDAI for registration as representative of my organisation / as individual and availing of services from NeSL. I understand that the requirement of the use of Aadhaar for this purpose is mandated by the Information Utilities Regulations read with the Technical Standards issued by IBBI (www.ibbi.gov.in). Related information can be obtained from the corresponding website. I understand that the biometrics / OTP so collected will be encrypted, not stored/shared and shall be submitted to UIDAI (CIDR) only for the purpose of services from NeSL.
