I hereby consent to National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) collecting my Aadhaar and biometrics / OTP for the purpose of verification of my identity with UIDAI for registration as representative of my organisation / as individual and availing of services from NeSL. I understand that the requirement of the use of Aadhaar for this purpose is mandated by the Information Utilities Regulations read with the Technical Standards issued by IBBI (www.ibbi.gov.in). Related information can be obtained from the corresponding website. I understand that the biometrics / OTP so collected will be encrypted, not stored/shared and shall be submitted to UIDAI (CIDR) only for the purpose of services from NeSL.

I hereby agree to authenticate the information above by digitally signing using e-Sign facility with my Aadhaar number. To create an account, a user needs to provide the current, complete and accurate information as stipulated in the Application.

On successful submission of the Application, a user will be given with a User ID and password to access NESL Website and NESL will maintain the login details of the user safe and confidential. By registering, a user agrees to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Website. Each registration is for a single entity only.

General Terms & Conditions:

You will not divulge your password to any other registered user or prospective user of NESL. You will not store your password in an unprotected location: and will not allow it to be written into computer scripts to achieve automated login.
At any time, if you found that your NESL account has become compromised, you agree to contact and inform the same to the NESL Staff as soon as possible.
You agree to notify NESL within 3 working days in case you no longer need to interact with the NESL. You will make this notification via either the NESL web interface or by notifying the NESL staff. This notification will allow NESL to deactivate your account and protect it from potential abuse by other registered users.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore.
You also agree that you have read and understood the bye-laws of NESL, which is available on the website of NESL.
NESL shall endeavour its best efforts to guarantee the protection of the rights of users after obtaining the explicit consent as required under IU Regulations.
NESL shall indemnify to the user for any loss/ damages suffered due to the exclusive proven act of negligence/ error by NESL or its employees.
You also agree that this registration is mandatory under the Information utility Regulations which is within the purview of the Insolvency and bankruptcy Code 2016. Financial information related to you or your company/firm will be submitted by the other parties (Debtor/Creditor/Guarantor).
You agree to pay the fee as prescribed by NESL, the details of which are published on the website of NESL which may be amended from time to time.

I have completely read and understood the terms and conditions of Registration with NESL and I agree to all the terms and conditions.
In addition, I confirm that I have read and understood the bye-laws, IU Regulations and I am fully aware of the legal provisions pertaining to registration with and submission / use of information stored with NESL or any other Information Utility in India.
I agree to conduct my activities in accordance with prevailing statues, NESL bye-laws, policies etc. and understand that breaching these standards may result in legal actions, including termination of my registration or any other legal remedy available to NESL.
I further declare that, I am not registered with any other existing Information Utility registered under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017.
I acknowledge and affirm that I will not hold NESL responsible for any damages, loss incurred of any kind because of use of information which has been produced on the Information Utility Module. The use and reliance of the information from the Information Utility Module is solely at my own risk.
I acknowledge that I have an affirmative duty to report any changes related to the information provided to NESL and will keep NESL informed about any such change in future.
